To map an Agent to their profile in SalesForce, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Live Chat tab in your configurator

2. Click on the SalesForce icon that will appear when you hover your mouse next to the agents telephone number

3. This will then dropdown a menu so you can select the Agents corresponding Salesforce account as show below.

4. Click the “Save” button and your agents mappings will saved.
