To map an Agent to their profile in Assistly, simply follow the steps below:

Assistly:

1. Go to your Live Chat tab in your configurator

2. Click on the Assistly icon that will appear when you hover your mouse next to the agents telephone number

3. This will then dropdown a menu so you can select the Agents corresponding Assistly account as show below.

Select the Assistly account

 

4. Click the “Save” button and your agents mappings will saved.
